great for the hot weather
i live in the tropics and the heat can easily tire you out very quickly. i love how this feels.
i am 5'1, and i was apprehensive about the size as sometimes even xs is little large. but this xs is a great fit.

This smartwool is the best you'll ever own! Warm yet lightweight, not binding, wicks moisture, odor repellent... what more can I say? Don't be fooled by the new polyester "extreme thermal" clothing--it will never be as versatile and comfortable as WOOL!

Restricts movement too much
I bought these plus the Elite from 2XU to see which worked best. I train for / run marathons. On a shorter run (16 km) I found that the compression was not nearly as uniform as the compression from the 2XU and also found that the CW-X was tending to restrict movement of the knee (I use ChiRunning technique for running). It was not allowing the free swing of the lower leg when the foot is coming up on the forward return. I also took the CW-X Stabilyx out for a long run (40 km) and about halfway through found that my legs were going into fatigue. I haverun a 50 km ultramarathon in 2XU and did not find similar fatigue. I also found that the CW-X tended to retain too much heat in the leg. 2XU vents heat quite well. Same overall comments apply to the compression shorts (CW-X not as good as 2XU). Pay the extra $ and go with 2XU.

Didnt fit good . Not comfortable at all.
I didnt like the tops at all. Size wasnt good. I ordered 3 of the .tops and I returned all 3 of them .The tops are very light materials.Im still looking for blank baseball tops.

Small fitting
Although the material dries quicker than regular tee shirts, if you sweat, you will see it and feel it while you are working out in the gym. Might be better for running outside. Also, the sizes are very small. I usually wear a L shirt but I had to get this one in XXL and it is still tight and form fitting.
